Bookings, Terms and Conditions
To confirm a tour, passenger details and a deposit are required. The balance should be paid before departure according to the booking conditions. Prices may change due to fuel fluctuation or exceptional circumstances.
Travel insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended for medical expenses, emergency transportation, cancellation, delays and baggage issues.
Cancellation
Written notification is required for cancellations. Refunds depend on the cancellation date and recoverable costs.
Not included
Personal expenses, alcoholic drinks, binoculars, airport taxes and personal first aid kit unless specified in the tour program.
