This program is focused on wildlife observation, birding and rainforest interpretation. Activities may adjust according to weather, river conditions and wildlife activity.
Cusco to Bamboo Lodge through the Andes and famous Manu cloud forest.
Bamboo Lodge to Hummingbird Lodge in Boca Manu by bus and motorized boat.
Boca Manu to Casa Matsiguenka with wildlife observation along the Manu River.
Casa Matsiguenka: Salvador and Otorongo Lakes, giant otters, black caimans and monkeys.
Parrot clay lick and Pakitza Guard Station; extra opportunity for jaguar observation along the Manu River.
Casa Matsiguenka to Manu Birding Lodge and tapir clay lick.
Macaw clay lick and tapir lick from Manu Birding Lodge.
Return to Cusco or flight option from Puerto Maldonado to Lima.
